Fred Lyons started his real estate career in 1986 selling land and subdivisions to homebuilders in the Phoenix, AZ market. In 1988 Fred opened and operated an international real estate sales office in Taipei, Taiwan selling US commercial property to foreign investors.

In 1991, representing a group of investors, Fred opened and operated a commercial real estate investment and development firm in Irvine California to develop projects in Arizona, Nevada and California.

In 1999 Fred opened Lyons Real Estate & Development and has been actively involved in the development of residential and commercial property for the last 20+ years. Fred has developed and brokered hundreds of lots to custom and production home builders in the Phoenix Market and specially in the Mesa Citrus Corridor. In addition, Fred brokered (bought and sold) thousands of acres of farmland in the Boise, Idaho market.
In 2004, as a division of Lyons Real Estate & Development, Fred opened an Lyons International Office in Shanghai, China and worked with Chinese Firms seeking real estate development opportunities in the U.S.. Fred continues to work with Asian buyers to acquire projects in the Western United States.

Most recently, Fred has been very active in the San Antonio, Salt Lake and Phoenix real estate market developing residential and commercial real estate.
