Initial Building Lot Selection
The Lyons Real Estate Fund has secured 3 residential building lots in a neighborhood where home values range from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000. Our target sales price of the 3 custom homes to be built is $1.5 million, which we feel is the “sweet spot” for this particular neighborhood, and for which buyer interest has already been established.
Home Plans
Lyons Real Estate, in partnership with Augusta Fine Homes, will construct custom homes in Mapleton, UT – a scenic, high-end town nestled at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains. Each of the approximately 5,500 square foot homes will be set on prime half-acre lots surrounded by horse properties. To capture the charm of the area, plans feature upscale, European-country style architecture with modern finishes. Highlights of the plans include large master suites on the main floor, 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and an extra-spacious 4-car garage.
