Our Texas development projects are managed by Josh Pulliam, Owner, CEO & General Contractor of Pulliam Custom Homes. A fourth generation homebuilder, Josh studied Construction Management at Arizona State University before beginning his career with the nations largest homebuilder. Realizing that production building left little room for creativity, Josh founded Pulliam Custom Homes in 1999 with his wife Julie. Together, they took this “leap of faith” because they believed custom homes would better suit his passion for creativity and innovation. They weren’t wrong; more than 20 years later, that passion and creativity is clearly evident in each individual Pulliam Custom Homes masterpiece.
